From Skate World with Cousins

Today we celebrated MLK with a trip to Skate World. To get ourselves prepared we watched a little excerpt from a 70's skating movie - which was so, so funny. Cohen thought they looked cool! Chris and I laughed and laughed. Even though I thought my sister was crazy to want to take a bunch of 3,4,& 5 years old skating...we surprisingly had a great time. The kids were go-getters and really tried to skate. There was a lot of hand-holding, side hugging, and falls to the bumper but all in all no one got hurt and we all shared many laughs and giggles!!

From Tyler's 5th BDay Party

We celebrated Tyler's 5th birthday on Saturday night. Tyler loves airplanes so we naturally had a plane theme. All the cousins had a great time! It sure was fun seeing them run around, giggle, and be silly!!!

We have many reasons to give thanks this year. First and foremost, Chris and I feel VERY fortunate that our immediate family is involved in our daily lives. Not only are we blessed and better because of this but we also get the pleasure of watching our boys build a beautiful bond with their grandparents. It truly is amazing!
