From cousins visit

Cohen has been missing his cousins and Michelle needed to work so our schedules coincided perfectly! We have been going strong since 7:30am this morning...built a zoo out of blocks, had parade of cars, went for walk, played at the playground, had snack, jumped on trampoline, rode cars on the deck, sculpted with play dough, ate lunch, watched BOB, read books and now ALL 4 kids are napping! ...which I will be doing as soon as I post this :) ps. if you click on slide show you will see a video in picasa

Happy 3rd Birthday Ethan! Today Cohen, Henry, and Gma went to help Ethan celebrate this birthday at school. Ethan was very excited to see us and loved being the center of attention. His teacher read train stories and Michelle prepared a train activity for the kids. The day was complete with Thomas the Train plates, cups and napkins! Can't wait for the family celebration on Friday!

From Ethan's 3rd Birthday

This morning I found Cohen on the kitchen floor looking through a little magazine filled with trucks. He was trying to decide what to ask Santa for Christmas. It was so cute I couldn't resist a little video. It's long but at the end he sings..."you better watch out"

WOW! What a week-end!
It's not easy keeping up with the Rathbun Boys :) Parker and Rowan are busy guys from book writing parties (Rowan authored and illustrated an amazing book about Frog & Toad), to soccer games, a violin recital and a yummy family dinner complete with home-made apple pie. It was a wonderful week-end with family...we are so lucky to be close enough to share in each others' lives.
